# SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program offered by Commune Collective ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1243 N. Gene Autry Trl. #107, Palm Springs, CA 92262. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
## The Program
Commune Collective's SMS program may send you messages related to:
- Class and appointment reminders
- Booking confirmations and schedule changes
- Studio updates and announcements
- Promotional offers, discounts, and marketing messages
## Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our studio and the type of messages you've opted into (e.g., appointment reminders vs. marketing promotions). You may receive up to several messages per month.
## Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance, depending on your carrier and plan.
## How to Opt In
You may opt in to our SMS program by:
- Submitting your phone number through our website booking or contact form and checking the SMS consent box
- Providing your phone number in person or by phone and verbally agreeing to receive texts
- Texting a designated keyword to our studio's number, if applicable
By opting in, you consent to receive automated and/or manual text messages from Commune Collective at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
## How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying **STOP** to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.
