REFUND POLICY - 
 

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.

Offers are only available at the lower price during the offer period.

We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.

Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

All purchases are final. Commune Collective does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

Class packages expire at 3 / 6 / 12 months after the date of the purchase expire dates are listed with the product.  Class packages / Monthly pass classes / packages cannot be suspended or refunded if they are not used within expiration terms.

All passes, memberships, classes and lessons are non-transferable.

Passes, memberships and packages may not be shared.

Monthly memberships will auto-renew and bill each month from the date of purchase. 14-day notice is required for contract cancellation. Written cancellation via email to pickles@communecollectiveps.com is required to terminate membership. No Exceptions are made to cancellation policy.

Online item purchases are returnable within 15 days with an RA for credit or replacement. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer.
