CANCELLATION POLICY -

 

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.If you pre-book a class and are unable to attend for any reason, you must cancel your attendance in the App or on our website. If you late cancel within 24 hours of the start of class you will lose the class pass you used to book. While we endeavor to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice.Late entry may not be permitted. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of early morning and evening classes for security reasons. No entry is permitted after the class-start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

STUDIO DETAILS -

 

Please arrive at least ten minutes before class.Please check in at reception before each class. Please provide a photo ID/Driver License as a proof of identification. Commune Collective is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. Commune Collective has the right to refuse entry or service at any time. Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.You agree that you are in good physical health and physically able to perform all Pilates and Yoga exercises. Classes at Commune Collective may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.You will follow all instructions given to you by Commune Collective teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury. Commune Collective is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions. Parking is limited please park in spots only for Commune Collective or street parking, bring your own water, towels and or mat socks are your choice, we have water for sale if needed,

 

PRICING -

 

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($USD) and all transactions are processed in US Dollars ($USD).All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. Offers are only available at the lower price during the offer period. We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. All purchases are final no prorating services.

 

REFUNDS -

 

Commune Collective does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. Class packages expire exactly 3 / 6 / 12 months after the date of the purchase. The date of expire is noted with each product. Class packages cannot be suspended or refunded if they are not used within expiration terms. All passes, packages and memberships are non-transferable. Passes, packages and memberships may not be shared. Monthly memberships will auto-renew and bill each month from the date of purchase. 14-day notice is required for contract cancellation. Written cancellation via email to pickles@communecollectiveps.com is required to terminate membership. No Exceptions are made to cancellation policy.Online item purchases are returnable within 15 days with an RA for credit or replacement. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer.
