All classes subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy - 24 hours advance notice to cancel without a charge. Equipment / Scheduling / Classes / Towel / Water service availability subject to change without notice. All packages are good for 12 months from date of purchase unless stated otherwise - no refunds for unused / expired packages. You should consult your doctor before you start any new workout routine; clients are asked to stand, sit, kneel and twist among other movements during the workout.
